How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 13 days of you placing them. That is the whole journey — us getting your order ready, and the carrier bringing it to your door. Shipping is free to Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States, with no minimum spend.
Why does it take 7 to 13 days?
Because we would rather quote you a real number than a hopeful one. Your order is picked, packed and dispatched, then travels to you — and for orders crossing a border there is a customs step in the middle that nobody can rush. We could promise faster and miss it. We would rather say 7 to 13 days and usually beat it.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to start updating after dispatch, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal. You can also check any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email.
It has been longer than 13 days. What now?
Email us at Wellviya01@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it. Nine times out of ten it is sitting with customs or the local carrier and we can tell you exactly where. If it is genuinely lost, we will replace it or refund you — you will not be left arguing about it.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update it. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number and the corrected details. Once an order has shipped the address cannot be changed, so please double-check it at checkout.

Do patches work better than a capsule?
Not better — different. The honest advantage is not absorption, it is that you will actually use it. A patch goes on once and comes off eight to twelve hours later. Nothing to swallow, nothing to time around food, no bottle to remember. The supplement you take consistently beats the one sitting unopened in a cupboard. If you already have a pill routine that works for you, patches will not beat it.
How soon will I notice anything?
It depends what you bought. Sleep and calm patches are worn overnight or through the day, and most people notice something within the first few uses. Vitamin and energy patches work like any supplement — consistency over weeks matters more than any single day. The LED devices are slowest: three-minute sessions, three to five times a week, with visible changes typically appearing after around eight weeks. None of these are overnight fixes, and we would rather say so upfront.
Using the products
How do the patches work?
The patch holds its active ingredients against clean skin so they absorb gradually across the wear window, rather than passing through the digestive tract. Peel, press onto clean, dry, hair-free skin, and wear for 8 to 12 hours. Each patch is single-use.
Can I shower or exercise with a patch on?
Water and oil are what we recommend for removing a patch, so a long shower or a heavy sweat session will loosen the adhesive. Apply to clean, dry skin after showering rather than before, and pick a spot that will not rub — inner forearm, shoulder or hip. The UV sticker is the exception: it is waterproof and made to stay on at the beach.
Can I wear more than one patch at a time?
Yes. The Metabolic Trio and Happy Burn bundles are designed for exactly that. Place them on separate areas of skin rather than overlapping. NAD+ Youth Repair is the exception — two patches together, every other day.

Instructions come in the packaging with your order. If yours are missing, email us and we will send a copy to your inbox.
Who should not use these products?
Anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, speak to a healthcare professional first. Patches are for external use only. None of these products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes — within 30 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging. Customers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund Policy for the full details, and email us before sending anything back.
